PC Support Services

We provide a range of support services to computer users in the Cheltenham/Gloucester area. Whether you are a home or business computer user, if you have a problem - no matter how large or small - we can probably help. The services we can provide include:

Most work can be done on-site, saving you the hassle of disconnecting your PC and taking it to a repair centre. It also means you won't be left without your PC whilst the work is being done. If it turns out that your computer needs major work that cannot be done on site, then it is usually possible (on request) to provide a replacement PC whilst the work is being carried out.

Supported systems

We support almost all types of computer and operating system, including all versions of Windows, Apple Mac OS X and Linux, and can provide assistance with moving data between them or integrating them onto a common network.

Charges

On site work is normally done at an hourly rate of £30 per hour, but if you prefer a fixed price quote can be requested. Fixed price quotations are generally given for work done off-site.


Training and Consultancy

We can provide training for individuals or groups on a variety of subjects, from basic PC use to networking, security and more. we also offer impartial assistance and advice on most computer-related subjects. Contact us to discuss your requirements.


Small Business Support

We offer support services for standalone computers or small networks, including installation, administration and troubleshooting. Whether you have a single PC or a multi-user network, we can help. Support contracts are available for a fixed monthly fee, with regular visits and emergency support, or support can be provided on a case by case basis.
